Seeing herself as a “puzzle solver”, Shanda understands that her goal is to listen to her client’s needs and provide them with the best possible service & solutions.

Having proven this formula works, she is a mutli-million-dollar producer in rural Oregon. A big part of this is taking the stress out of the home selling and buying process by offering fast, friendly, and effective service to both sellers and buyers. Shanda has continued the family business in homes sales and is the third generation to do so.

Having been licensed since June 2006, Shanda is a full-service Realtor, complete with direct, full-time access to a contractor providing home remodel services, and many other services she partners with. She has a passion for taking care of her clients and feels that her job in life is to bring as much happiness to people as possible, whether that means providing a kind smile, a warm hug, or dependable and reliable services.

In pursuit of quality service, Shanda became a Principal Broker, is a Graduate of Realtors Institute, Certified Residential Investment Specialists, Accredited Buyers Agent and in 2019 is serving on the Agent Leadership Council for her office (she had to be in the top 20% of production out of 350 Portland agents, just to be invited to interview for this position). Serving on the Agent Leadership Council is quite an honor for her.

On a personal note, Shanda is a wife of over 27 years, mother of 3, grandmother of 3, loves her family and spends as much spare time, Spring through Fall, boating on the Columbia River with her husband and family. Winter months are spent knitting & crocheting.
